Severe back pain and sciatica (Mr PP)

An emergency home-visit was done for a 47-year old male who was bedridden, for many days due to acute back pain, 'disc protrusion' and shooting pain down the left leg. His problems were related to lifting heavy gaming machines and driving a heavy goods vehicle for 12 years. He was 13 stones, 6'2 tall and smoked 30-40 cigarettes a day. He breathed a 'deep sigh of relief' as soon as I placed my thumbs on his back to perform the first 'move'. He was up walking and about 70% better at the end of the treatment. After the second session, 4 days later, he was completely well. He was also given appropriate advice about lifting and life-style issues. He has not had any kind of treatment now for one-and-a-half years.
